Creating an Affinity Page automatically creates an Affinity Poll associated with your business, brand or organization. The Affinity Page can be shared with your customers, associates, friends, fans, followers, political constituents, etc. Note: The Affinity Poll cannot be removed from an Affinity Page.

Note that BHively Terms of Service Agreement prohibits users from creating an Affinity Page for other, non-public people (for your Aunt Mary for example), however NON-brand owners can create an Affinity Poll (not a Page) for any public entity, product or public person that doesn’t already have one.
